Do Winelands wedding band or DJs charge travel to Franschhoek or Tulbagh?

Tulbagh and venues far outside town often carry a travel fee, and some suppliers add accommodation if the wedding finishes late. Ask for the travel fee in writing before you book.
When should we book a wedding band or DJ for a peak-season Saturday?
Peak season runs from about November to April, and the best-known suppliers are often booked 9 to 12 months ahead for Saturdays in that window. Weekday and winter dates are easier to get at shorter notice. Book as soon as your venue is confirmed.
Do suppliers have minimum spends?
Some do, especially florists, caterers and bands, and the minimum is sometimes higher on peak-season Saturdays. If you are planning a small wedding, say so in your first enquiry and ask whether a smaller package exists.
