The Party Technician is a Pty Ltd events company based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, a short drive from the Paarl and Stellenbosch wine routes. Its core service is mobile DJing, offered in five packages to suit different budgets, and it combines this with open or closed photo booths, mood and marquee lighting, projector hire and lawn games.

The company has run weddings since 2013 and has travelled as far as Knysna and the Northern Cape for them. It stresses that it is licensed with SAMRO and SAMPRA, which many venues now require of DJs, and it offers backup generators for load-shedding. Prices are not published; packages are quoted on enquiry.
