Landtscap

Landtscap stands on a hill on the Fransmanskraal farm past Devonvale Golf Estate, with views across the Stellenbosch winelands to the mountains. The main building is the indoor reception venue; the Vista lawn and the indigenous Welkom Tuinen garden are used for ceremonies, and the Houten Dek for pre-drinks.

Beneath the main venue is the Habitat, an undercover open-air space with its own bar and bathrooms that serves as the back-up on windy or rainy days. The venue runs all-inclusive packages with its own kitchen team and has accommodation for up to 14 guests. Rates are on request.

The farm is now marketed as Fransmanskraal (tagline: stay, celebrate, experience) and the old landtscap.co.za address forwards to fransmanskraal.co.za, which was a holding page at the time of research. The phone number (021 300 0299) and the [email protected] email are unchanged, so this is a rebrand of the same business rather than a new operator; the venue's Google listing still trades under the Landtscap name with several hundred reviews.
