The Makeup Alchemist

Bianca has close to 15 years in the industry and works on weddings, events, television and film productions as well as private clients. On the wedding day she allows about an hour and a half each for the bride's makeup and hair, with 45 minutes to an hour for each bridesmaid or mother, and offers veil placement and single false lashes as extras. She also sells bridal hair accessories through a separate online shop and runs one-on-one makeup coaching.

Rates are published in full: bridal makeup R1 350 with lashes and a mini touch-up kit, bridal hairstyling R1 350, each trial R1 200 for an hour and a half, bridesmaids R850 per service and flower girls from R500. Trials can be held at the client's location or in the studio and are best booked two to six weeks before the wedding. She travels to Cape Town, Franschhoek, Somerset West, Wellington, Hermanus and Robertson.
