Laurent at Lourensford

Laurent is the contemporary function venue on Lourensford, the large estate on the Helderberg slopes above Somerset West. The hall has glass walls, marble floors and draped ceilings, with the vineyards and mountains outside, and takes between 80 and 200 guests. Ceremonies are held on the ceremony steps on the lawn, with the veranda lawns as the alternative in bad weather.

Catering is through the venue's preferred partners rather than an in-house kitchen, and the same partner network covers styling, flowers and furniture. The oak lane, polo field (for marquees) and gardens are available for photographs and larger set-ups. Seasonal weekday and weekend venue-hire packages are listed at R40 000 to R79 000, with a 2027 portfolio PDF on the site.
