Cavalli is on the R44 between Somerset West and Stellenbosch, with a lake in front of the venue and the mountains behind. The main hall has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass, a neutral contemporary design that takes any styling, and a built-in sound, lighting and projection system. It seats 300 for dinner or 600 for a standing reception.
The Sunken Garden, a formal hedged lawn, is used for ceremonies and pre-reception drinks and has connection points for a Bedouin tent, which is included in the main venue packages. The conservatory is a smaller option. Rates are in a banqueting brochure available from the estate. The property has a restaurant, 26 hectares of vineyard and 10 hectares of fynbos gardens.
