Kay-Lee was mentored by makeup artist Cecilia Fourie and works only with high-end brands such as Bobbi Brown, MAC, NARS, Chanel and Estée Lauder. The process starts with a consultation about the dress and overall style, followed by an optional two-to-three-hour trial at her Bloubergstrand studio where looks are tested for wear and photographed as a reference. For larger bridal parties she brings in vetted artists so the group is styled as one team to a single timeline.
Published 2026 rates: bridal hair and makeup with trial R4 900, or R3 000 on the day without a trial; hair only or makeup only with trial R3 000. Three pre-made packages from R9 999 to R11 999 bundle the bride with four to six party members, and standalone party rates are R1 500 for hair and makeup. A R10 000 minimum applies to high-season Saturdays between September and May, and travel within the Western Cape is charged by distance from Bloubergstrand.
