Charlene has been photographing since 2007 and went full time in 2013. She trained through the New York Institute of Photography, holds a business management degree and is rated a Master Photographer under PSSA and Paarl Photographic Club rules, where she has served as vice-chairperson. She deliberately limits the number of weddings she takes each year, so popular dates go early.
Wedding coverage runs from two to ten hours with one or two photographers, and the published range of R13 900 to R29 900 covers an engagement session, a photobook and a photo corner run by her assistant. Shorter options suit small weddings and elopements. Couples receive a sneak preview within one to two weeks and can follow album progress on a tracking page. She also photographs newborns, maternity and families from the Paarl studio and works across the Boland, the Winelands and Cape Town.
