Diamant Estate

Diamant sits at the foot of Paarl Mountain, about halfway between Paarl and Franschhoek and an hour from the airport, with lawns, vineyards and oaks in front and the mountain behind. The chapel is a renovated 1700s wine cellar with wooden pews for 120; larger ceremonies move to the manor house lawns. The main venue is a restored barn seating up to 150 banquet-style, with courtyard fire pits, a full bar, underfloor heating and air-conditioning.

A glass marquee can be hired for the lawns as a wet-weather or overflow option. Accommodation on the farm sleeps 38 across the 1821 Manor House suites, Pioneer House, a farmhouse and a cottage. Tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery are included in the package; catering arrangements and prices are by quote.
