Delana's Cakes

Delana's Cakes started in 2008 as a one-woman studio in Somerset West and has deliberately stayed small. Delana handles the whole process personally, from the first design conversation to placing the finished cake on the table at the venue, and she says she prefers a relaxed, informal way of working with couples.

Her portfolio spans wafer-paper and sugar-flower work, vintage Lambeth-style piping, textured buttercream and fresh or dried flower styling, in three- and four-tier formats. Past deliveries include Cavalli Estate, La Roche in Franschhoek and Belair Pavilion in Paarl. Prices are not published; quotes are given on request.
