Bonne Esperance Boutique Guest House

Bonne Esperance occupies the corner of Neethling and Van Riebeeck streets, about 500 metres from the centre of Stellenbosch and the university. The main guest house offers deluxe rooms with balconies or patios, classic and loft rooms, a family room and a budget single, with breakfast served on the veranda. Around the corner at 1 Murray Street, a renovated early-1900s Victorian building holds self-catering studios, a honeymoon studio and a one-bedroom apartment, and a separate villa has three en-suite bedrooms, a sunroom, sitting room and pool.

Having three buildings close together gives a wedding party flexibility between catered and self-catering stays. Every property has a pool, secure parking and fast fibre, and the guest house and studios run on solar with battery backup. Children from six are welcome. Rates are not published, but booking direct earns a 5% discount and celebration packages are offered.
